Getting the situshoki App
situshoki offers three installation paths: native Android APK download, iOS web app via Safari or Chrome, and a responsive web version accessible on any desktop or mobile browser. Android users can download the APK file directly from this page or via a secure link sent to their registered email address. The APK file is signed and verified by situshoki, and installation requires you to enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings (a standard Android security step). iOS users do not require a separate app; instead, add the situshoki web app to your home screen via the Share menu in Safari, which creates a bookmark that opens in full-screen mode.
Installation in four steps
-
Download or bookmark the app
Android: download the APK file to your device. iOS: open situshoki in Safari and tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
-
Install the app (Android only)
Open your file manager, locate the APK file, and tap Install. Your device may ask for permission to install from unknown sources; enable this in Settings if needed.
-
Create or log in to your account
Launch the app, enter your username and password, or register a new account by providing your email, identity number, and mobile number.
-
Verify your account and deposit
Complete KYC verification by uploading identity and proof-of-address documents. Once verified, deposit via your chosen payment method and start playing.
Native app vs. web app: which is right for you
The native Android APK and iOS web app offer slightly different strengths. The Android app stores live-table video buffers offline, allowing smoother playback when your connection briefly dips. It also sends push notifications for sports results, bonus promotions, and account-security alerts. The iOS web app runs inside Safari or Chrome and does not require installation; you can access it from any browser. Both support the same payment methods—e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking—and display your balance, bet history, and withdrawal options identically. Desktop web users experience the full feature set but benefit from a larger screen and keyboard input for longer sessions.
Choose the Android APK if you want offline caching and push notifications. Choose the iOS web app or web version if you prefer not to install additional software, or if you switch devices frequently. Either path gives you identical access to live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, sports betting on Liga 1 and the Champions League, and esports markets for Mobile Legends and Free Fire.
Device compatibility
The situshoki app requires Android 7.0 or later for native installation. Older devices running Android 6.0 or below should use the web version instead. iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later to access the web app via Safari. Both Android and iOS versions require at least 50 MB of free storage space (the APK itself is smaller, but the app caches live-video streams locally). Internet connection speed must support at least 1 Mbps for smooth video playback; lower-speed connections may experience buffering on live tables. WiFi is recommended, but the app works on 4G LTE with adequate signal strength.
Common installation issues and solutions
If Android installation fails, check that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" in Settings > Security. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Special App Access > Install Unknown Apps, select your file manager or browser, and toggle on Permission to install unknown apps. If you see a certificate warning during iOS web-app setup, this is normal for browser-cached apps; dismiss the warning and continue. After installation, clear your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data on iOS, or Settings > Apps > Chrome > Storage > Clear Cache on Android) if the app displays outdated information or takes a long time to load. If push notifications do not arrive on Android, check that situshoki has notification permission in Settings > Apps > Notifications. Restart the app after any permission changes.
Data, permissions, and account security on the situshoki app
The situshoki app requests permission to access your device's location (to verify your jurisdiction), camera (for identity document uploads during KYC), and contacts (optional, for account recovery if you forget your username). These permissions are optional; you can deny them and still access betting and gaming features, but you may need to manually enter your address or take photos in a different way during account verification. The app encrypts all communication with situshoki servers using TLS 1.3, meaning your login credentials, account balance, and transaction details are protected in transit. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings, which generates a one-time code on your phone each time you log in from a new device. Never share your username, password, or two-factor code with anyone, even situshoki support staff (our team never asks for passwords via email or chat). If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the in-app help menu or email the support address provided on your account page. We respond to security concerns within two hours during business days.
